I recently studied all the films, yet again!
My favorite has to be 'A Hard Day's Night'.
The DVD is fabulous, with lots of extras.

a hard day's night. black and white, mostly ad-libbed, full of witty one-liners, packed with swash-buckling action and humour - like a marx brothers film, only add brilliant music to it, and the boy's good looks of course. doesn't get any better than that  !!! real love  jude |

I think AHDN was the only good film the Beatles did. They were fresh and young, full of ideas, and had a good production crew behind them. They wrote many of the songs especially for the film, and it was a big success.  |

I think AHDN was the only good film the Beatles did well maybe that's a little extreme... !!! Help was hilariously funny, magical mystery tour was basically a collection of smashing musical promos, yellow submarine isn't strictly a beatles film but it's still beautifully done and a great way to start the young ones - personally the only one i don't like is let it be, because of the tense atmosphere, with the lads constantly going at each other's throats, which hurts me, because you love them all and so it's very much like seeing your parents fight or something. IMHO obviously. real love roretta |

MMT is an arty film, originally made for TV. Its a miss match of silly sketches with songs from the MMT album included.

I never knew yell sub was a beatles movie, until i was much older. I just loved it as a cartoon, with great music, lol  |

I was between A Hard Day's Night and Help but i voted help because.......i think that the songs are a bit better (not that the songs from the AHDN film are not good-i wouldnt say that at all) and their faces were very very cuty!!!!!!  i think they are both very good but i had to find something......maybe im wrong |
