The best cover songs are on their first album.
I wonder why they recorded more ''Cover songs'' in the early days than later on?
I have listened to some of the ''Original'' versions of ''Twist and shout,baby it's you,a taste of honey e.t.c.''
The beatles produced some very good ''Cover songs.''

The beatles produced some very good ''Cover songs.'' ;D The Beatles wrote all their own songs later and rarely covered other artists songs. However, during the Get Back sessions they returned to their rock n roll roots many times.
